AnchorLog is a slim log collection + evidence pack solution for organizations with Law 5651 (Turkish ISP retention law) compliance as the sole requirement.

AnchorNAC's full network-access-control features are not included. Only:

What's included​

Log source health​

  • Health view for each FortiGate log source (Live / Lagging / Stale)
  • vendor_hostname and serial enrichment (from the FortiGate devname / devid fields)
  • 3 cardinality-safe Prometheus metrics

5651 Evidence Pack​

  • 9-item JSON summary and ZIP archive (events.csv, manifest.json, health_snapshot.json)
  • 8-section PDF report in Turkish only — where a PDF engine is installed (not yet in the Windows build)
  • KamuSM TSA timestamping
  • Per-event Merkle inclusion proof (not part of the pack; generated on Compliance → 5651 Signature Status)

Retention + anchor chain​

  • 2-year default retention (per-tenant configurable)
  • Daily Merkle root + KamuSM timestamp (each day is verified independently)
  • HashChainedLog tamper-evident audit

Not included​

  • Policy engine, switch management, MikroTik/hotspot device management, topology, posture, MikroTik RSC
  • Guest login through the FortiGate external captive portal is included
